In other news, I'm in need of a bit of extra money and I'm looking to sell my Dreamcast and some games. I looked on eBay and I've seen prices ranging from $10-$100, so what's an accurate going rate on these nowadays? I took the following to an independent games shop by where I live:

OK, I'm about six hours into Far Cry 3 and where the HELL are the boars?!? The only boars I've killed are the ones right at the beginning of the game. Shit, I've killed pigs, goats, cassowaries, turtles, tapir, deer, more Komodo dragons than I can count (things are EVERYWHERE and they're bastards), and even a couple…

This isn't gaming related at all, but...I don't know about anyone else, but I'm enjoying Amazon Instant Video on my PS3 far better than Netflix. I just discovered this guy's YouTube channel (HARD8TIMES) not long ago and he's already my favorite commentator on YouTube. I mean, I might be a little biased because he's from Philly like me, but he is just hilarious. It is impossible to get through one of his vids without laughing to the point of tears at least…

My birthday was this past week on Monday, so I purchased/recieved a bunch of new games. My wife also upgraded my PowerUp reward card at Gamestop to the pro version, so they give you a B2G1 offer on pre-owned games. All in all, I got the following games last week (all PS3):

Just started Borderlands on PS3 and my God, this game is great. I can't remember the last time in recent memory I had this much fun playing a single-player campaign in a FPS game. The way that the RPG mechanics are integrated into the game is very accessible, which I like. I'm playing as Roland, and I'm not far into…
